This feature allows users to connect audio unit hosts either within a single device or across multiple devices over WiFi. With no need for additional cables or hardware, users can swiftly set up audio transfers by installing the Transmit AUv3 on one host and the Receive AUv3 on another, tapping 'connect' to effortlessly route audio between locations with minimal delay.

The receiver has the ability to adjust buffering settings to achieve optimal audio quality while reducing latency. Although the best performance is achieved with a fast WiFi router in a low-cross-traffic network environment, Wireless Audio AUv3 still maintains a solid connection even in noisy surroundings.

Most contemporary DAWs now support latency compensation, facilitated by the reporting from the Receiver AUv3. This feature ensures precise synchronization of recordings, adding another layer of control and refinement to the audio production process.
